This concealer blends beautifully into the skin, it doesn't set too fast so I have plenty of time to play with it. In fact, I like to apply it under my eyes and let it sit on my skin while I cover my other imperfections. The product is thicker after those 2-3 minutes, so it provides even more coverage (which is what I need!), but it's not too dry to blend it perfectly.
Also, I like to blend it quickly with a flat concealer brush and then pat it with my fingertips. I find that when I use a damp Beautyblender with this concealer, it sheers down the coverage.
I highly recommend to set it with a bit of loose powder, otherwise it will crease in a matter of minutes. All concealers crease on me, but some are slightly better than others and the Makeup Revolution concealer falls in that category (yay!). It still creases on me, even if I set it with loose powder, but it's only noticeable if I look at my face in a magnifying mirror.
I usually use the NARS Light Reflecting loose powder to set my concealer, but with this one I love to add a light dusting of the Hourglass Ambient Lighting powder in Diffused Light over the NARS powder. It adds a bit of luminosity!
I'm wearing Makeup Revolution's Conceal And Define Liquid Concealer in C2 (without powder) and Esqido's Unisyn Lashes in Heart & Soul (Use code kristelles for an additional 15% off)
The coverage is impressive, with the right technique I can almost completely cover the dark blue vein under my eye! It's a great product for spot concealing too, and it lasts all day if I set it with a bit of powder.
I would say that my Urban Decay All Nighter concealer has more coverage than this, but it's 4 times more expensive. Honestly, I would pay a higher price for the Makeup Revolution concealer! No wonder why everyone is raving about it.
I wouldn't change anything about this concealer, but I would love if they created a luminous version of this product! This one is great for spot concealing and the matte finish is perfect for that, but I love a radiant concealer for the under eye area (It looks more like skin).
