Viseart Theory Eyeshadow Palettes in VI Absinthe and VII Siren

As you may know already, Viseart is expanding its Theory collection with the addition of two new palettes : VI Absinthe and VII Siren. Available next month at Sephora, each palette features three matte colors and three shimmery shades.

The Theory VI Absinthe palette features a matte ivory, a matte medium brown, a blackened green with a matte finish, a sparkly beige, a golden green with a glittery finish, and a deep shimmery teal.

The matte blackened green is incredible, the formula is perfect! This eyeshadow is very pigmented, easy to blend, and doesn't look patchy. The other mattes are great too, but that blackened green surprised me!

The shimmery teal is another beautiful shade, the formula is smooth and the color payoff is great.

However, I'm not a huge fan of the glitters in the beige and the golden green. They are fairly large and don't stay on the lids, so they fall all over the face. I highly recommend to apply these two shades with your fingertips, not with a brush.

If you prefer warm-toned eyeshadows, you will love the Theory VII Siren palette!

It contains a light matte coral, a medium coral with a matte finish, a matte orange brown, a shimmery coppery peach, a coppery gold with a shimmery finish, and a rich shimmery copper.

I love this palette, the formula is top notch for all the shades! All of them have great color payoff and are easy to work with, even the mattes.

I wouldn't say that the formula is extremely buttery smooth or silky (except for the copper shade, it's almost creamy!), but the eyeshadows aren't powdery or chalky. They perform beautifully on the lids, and that's what matters!

Every time I wear the Siren palette, I get compliments on my eye makeup!

Overall, the Viseart eyeshadow palettes live up to the hype! They are on the pricey side, but the quality is there.
