Buxom Va-Va-Plump Shiny Liquid Lipsticks

As you may know already, Buxom came out with a new liquid lipstick range! The Va-Va-Plump lipsticks are supposed to plump the lips and provide bold color payoff. There's 20 shades to choose from, ranging from a soft peach to a deep burgundy.

The Va-Va-Plump lipsticks are very creamy and a bit thick, but they aren't sticky. The formula is similar to a lip gloss but they are extremely pigmented and opaque (and less sticky).

They have a slightly shiny cream finish (not matte), although the finish is less glossy after a few hours.

They aren't transfer-proof, but they don't flake off or dry out my lips. And because the formula isn't too thin, it doesn't feather around the lips! The staying power is surprisingly good, even if it's not transfer-proof.

All the shades are very pigmented! However, Push-Up Pink and A Muse Me are a bit streaky, and Russian To You has a tendency to settle a bit into the fines lines of the lips.

There's a slight cooling feeling and it feels a bit tingly, but it doesn't burn my lips. In fact, I love how it feels! I haven't noticed a huge difference in the size of my lips though, to be honest.

I love them!! My favorites? Taupe It Off, Honey Do and Pin Up Plum!
