This face mask is meant to be used before bed and work its magic during your sleep. The gel-like formula melts into the skin and quickly sinks in, leaving the skin feeling instantly soft and supple. I find that a little bit goes a long way with this mask, which is a good thing considering the price. I even tried to apply a generous amount and it didn't perform better (it just felt sticky and uncomfortable), so a very thin layer is more than enough! (And I'm not complaining!)

By the way it has a lovely fresh scent (which I loooove) but it might be a bit too much for those of you with sensitive skin. Just something to keep in mind!

I've been using it 3 times weekly for the past 2 weeks and I can already tell you that it's a fabulous face mask for blemish prone skin! I'm not surprised, because my skin loves salicylic acid! This wonderful active ingredient helps unclog pores and prevent future breakouts, thanks to its anti-inflammatory and exfoliating properties. In only two weeks, my skin looks so much better!

I was afraid that it would dry out my skin because the salicylic acid stays on the skin all night, but the formula contains enough sodium hydraluronate and red algae to counteract any drying effect from the salicylic acid.

Oh and this face mask contains sand lily too, which is supposed to inhibit the production of melanin. But I don't have any sun spots on my face right now so I can't tell if it really reduces dark spots. However, I noticed that my acne scars are less visible and seems to heal faster!

I will keep using the Midnight Radiance Mask 2-3 times a week because so far, I love the results! But I'm not going to lie, I will use it sparingly because I can't afford another jar right now. lol
