I already said it, but I will say it again : these powders are fabulous! The formula is smooth, easy to blend, doesn't look patchy and the colors are nicely pigmented. They last all day on me, too! I have no complaints whatsoever and I highly recommend them!
However, I can't say that I'm a fan of this new palette. The powders are full size so you get a lot of product for your money, but the palette is HUGE! (10.2'' x 5.8'') It takes so much space on my vanity every time I want to use it. Also, I'm not sure if it's because I have long nails, but I always struggle to open it.
I think this is a palette that makeup-artists would love, and they probably wouldn't mind the large size. But for personal use, this might be too big? I don't know, maybe it's just me.
There's only 3 shades in this palette that I haven't reviewed yet : B200, B316 and S502. For all the other colors, I would suggest to click here to read my original review! (I have a few tips in there, too)
I wouldn't say that the shade B200 can be used as a blush, because it's very pale even on porcelain skin! It has a beautiful luminous finish though, so it can be mixed with any of the other shades to add a subtle glow and tone down the color.
B316 and S502 are very pigmented, they are a bit scary but so pretty when applied with a light hand! My skin is very fair at the moment and I can't get enough of the shade S502, but I recommend to apply it with a duo fibre brush. Both shades are matte, by the way.
Because I already did swatches for most of the shades, I wanted to give you something a bit different with this review. I chose to show you all the shades on two skin tones : Fair (similar to NC10) and Medium (similar to NC30).
Some of the colors are almost identical on both skin tones, while others were very different! While the shade H108 is perfect to brighten up a medium (or deeper) complexion, it's very yellow on fair skin. Same with the color H106, which looks amazing on medium to tan skin tones but too dark on fair skin. The sculpting powders look cooler on darker skin tones as well, the shade S116 is perfection on me when I'm tan but it's too warm when my skin is pale.
So yeah, that's why I wanted to show you the colors on two different skin tones!
