Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Lip Boosters

As you may know already, Make Up For Ever has launched a new lip product : the Ultra HD Lip Boosters! Enriched with loofah oil and hyaluronic acid, these lip serums are supposed to instantly moisturize, plump and smooth the lips.

Available in two shades :

00 Universal, clear.
01 Cinema, light pink.

I love the consistency, it's very smooth and doesn't feel waxy, sticky or too oily. It's just perfect!

It has a light floral scent, similar to their Artist Rouge lipsticks.

I like to use the Ultra HD Lip Boosters like a lip mask! I apply a thin layer, wait a few minutes and wipe off the excess before applying my lipstick.

I haven't noticed any plumping effect but it moisturizes my lips in record time, thanks to the hyaluronic acid it contains (click here for the ingredient list). It's a great primer for liquid lipsticks too! (but don't forget to wipe off the excess)

It can be worn on its own too, but sadly the tinted version wasn't long wearing on me. There was nothing left on my lips by the 2 hours mark.

This serum is great to prep the lips though, it instantly softens them and leave a protective film on the skin. Great product!
