The consistency is creamy (and quite thick, actually) and it doesn't dry too fast, which is nice because you have enough time to play with it. There's a bit of transfer on my fingers if I touch my lids, but I didn't notice any fallout over the course of the day. The formula isn't waterproof though.
These eyeshadows are supposed to be buildable, but I didn't find this to be true ; the formula cracks and flakes off every time I apply too much product (more than one layer)! The good news is that some of these shades (Zap, Spacetime, Zodiac) are pigmented enough to only need a thin layer.
Left to right : Spacetime, Recharged, Zodiac, Zap, Magnetic, Chem Trail and Solstice.
The sparkly finish is incredibly stunning and some of the shades have a beautiful duochrome effect as well, but it's a finicky product! It only look good and last all day if I apply a thin layer, which results in a more translucent color for some of these shades.
That being said, I loooove Spacetime, Zap and Zodiac! They perform better than the other shades because they are more opaque so I don't feel the need to apply a second layer.
Zodiac is a soft black with blue-green shift and a glittery finish.
Recharged is a peach with pink shift and a glittery finish.
Solstice is a reddish brown with turquoise shift and a glittery finish.
Chem Trail is a golden light beige with a glittery finish.
Magnetic is a purple with a glittery finish.
Zap is a golden brown with a glittery finish.
Spacetime is a deep golden bronze with a glittery finish.
The Urban Decay Liquid Moondust Eyeshadows retail for $29 CAD for 5ml.

Oh wow, zodiac and space time are my faves! Love how pigmented and rich these are! The shimmery and glittery quality of them are divine!
