BITE Beauty Multisticks (Gelato, Cocoa, Cashew, Cerise & Blondie)

Available in 18 shades, BITE Beauty's new Multisticks were designed to be applied on eyes, lips and cheeks. These multitasking sticks are supposed to apply like a cream and wear like a powder!

I only tried 5 shades, but most of them are super pigmented and opaque! Cerise was highly pigmented and the color was buildable, but it wasn't fully opaque like the other shades.

The finish is matte on the cheeks and lids, it doesn't look dewy. On the lips, it starts off slightly glossy but dries down to a semi-matte finish.

The consistency is perfect for the cheeks, it's creamy and easy to blend but it doesn't feel greasy or sticky!

If you want to wear them on your lips though, you may want to apply a bit of lip balm prior to the application. The formula is similar to your typical semi-matte lipstick, it feels a bit drying. BITE Beauty doesn't claim that it should be very moisturizing or emollient, though.

Unfortunately, this isn't the best product for the eye area. They tend to crease quickly on my oily eyelids. I can make them work with a primer, but the dark shades still crease after 4-5 hours of wear.

Honestly I'm not really surprised, creating the perfect formula that won't crease on the eyes but still feel great on the lips can be quite a challenge. It doesn't help that my lids are oily and my lips are always dehydrated.

They do last all day on my cheeks, though!

Despite this, I think they are great silicone-free multi-purpose sticks. As a cream blush, they are perfect! As a lipstick, they could be more hydrating but nothing a good lipbalm can't fix. I didn't like them as an eyeshadow, but if you really want to wear them on the lids, stick with the light shades and apply them over your favorite eyeshadow primer.

  1. Thanks so much for the swatches! I am so tempted by these, even though they're not the best for eyes (as I suspected too). Cerise is extra beautiful! xo
