Ombre Fraîche Liquid Eyeshadow in Alizé and Austral ($23 CAD for 5.3ml)
If there's one thing you need to try from this collection, it's these Ombre Fraîche eyeshadows! The formula is super creamy and blendable. It doesn't crease even if the product doesn't completely set on the skin, and I have oily lids.
Alizé is beautiful on the lids, it almost look wet! And it's a gorgeous highlighter as well, no words can describe how stunning this color is! Austral was a bit more sheer than I would like, but I think these eyeshadows are supposed to give that sheer and luminous look. I need to get my hands on Atlantique, a beautiful golden beige!
Escale Eyes and Cheeks Palette ($55 CAD for 14g)
This palette contains 7 eyeshadows and a blush. The blush is great, it doesn't look super dark in the pan but it's pigmented enough to show up even on medium to tan skin tones. The formula is very smooth, although less creamy than the eyeshadows... which isn't a bad thing for a blush. The eyeshadows are incredibly smooth and buttery, even the matte shades are almost creamy! They are highly pigmented too.
That being said, this palette didn't impress me. I know, how could this be possible? When I apply the shimmery beige, light taupe and light pink on my lids, they all look very similar on my skin. Maybe it's my skin tone and the difference between each shade would be more noticeable on a lighter complexion? The dark navy blue and the pastel blue are beautiful but it always look a bit uneven even if I build up the color with my fingers or use a primer. I do love the matte plum and matte brown, but that's only 2 shades out of the 8.
Escale Bronzing Powder ($44 CAD for 20g)
This bronzer has great color payoff and is easy to blend. Since I usually prefer matte bronzing powders, I only apply it on my cheeks for a beautiful golden glow!
By the way, the color is very similar to last year's Lise Watier bronzing powder (Rivages Collection), but the amount of pink swirls can vary so the color is a bit different in each bronzer. Since I like to use it on my cheeks, I prefer my Rivages bronzing powder because it has more pink swirls in it.
Waterproof Eyeliner in Vert Marin ($23 CAD for 1.2g)
I loooove this color, such a pretty dark teal! If you have brown or hazel eyes, you need this pencil in your life, seriously! I love to wear it on the waterline and on the lower lashline.
This pencil is waterproof, it doesn't flake off and it doesn't smudge! The formula is creamy and the pigmentation is excellent. It dries super fast though, so if you want to smudge it you need to do it quickly.
