First and foremost, let's talk about the value of this set!

This limited edition set contains 3 mini Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipsticks (5ml each) and 3 mini Love Flush Long-Lasting 16-Hour Blush (2g each). A full size Melted lipstick retail for $25 CAD for 12ml and a full size Love Flush blush retail for $32 for 6g. In short, this kit is well worth the money if you love at least 4 of these products! And if you don't like one of these duos, it would be the perfect stocking stuffer.

Melted Liquified Long Wear Lipsticks :

Believe it or not, these were my first Too Faced Melted lipsticks. The formula is very creamy and the color payoff is insanely good! Unlike most other liquid lipsticks I've tried, the Melted lipsticks aren't transfer resistant (they never set on the lips) and the finish isn't matte, but they are much more comfortable to wear. In fact, they remind me of OCC Lip Tars but they are more creamy and less drying. They have a creamy and slightly glossy finish, although the finish tend to get more matte around the 3 hour mark.

Less is more with this product, it will feather and get on your teeth if you apply a thick coat, but you really don't need a thick layer anyway because they are SO pigmented and opaque! I get a good 3 to 4 hours wear out of Melted Nude and Melted Peony, while Melted Fig last at least 7 hours and leave a stain on my lips.

To be honest, I didn't expect to love the sponge tip applicator but it works really well for a precise and perfect lipstick application. Oh and they smell like candy too, yum!!

Melted Nude is a dark beige with warm undertones. This isn't my favorite shade, it's a bit too warm for me and it settles slightly into lip lines. I think it would look great on women with darker skin tones though.

MAC Matte Lipstick in Kinda Sexy is more pink and the finish is matte. Lise Watier Sublime Lipstick in Ginger is darker, more brown. Make Up For Ever Rouge Artist Natural Lipstick in N5 is less opaque, slightly lighter and a bit more pink. NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Athens is much lighter and more peachy coral.

Melted Peony is a bubblegum pink. I love this color, it looks great with a tan!

MAC Amplified Lipstick in Chatterbox is brighter, more pink. ColourPop Lippie Stix in Easy is a lot lighter. MAC Matte Lipstick in Please Me is similar but a tad less bright and the finish is matte.

Melted Fig is a pinky plum. Ohhhh this shade is so pretty and unique!

Jeffree Star Velour Liquid Lipstick in Androgyny is darker and more brown, the finish is matte. ColourPop Lippie Stix in Lumière is a bit lighter and less pink. Urban Decay Matte Revolution in After Dark is much more purple.

Love Flush Long-Lasting 16-Hour Blush :

I absolutely adore these blushes! The finish and pigmentation can vary from shade to shade but all of them are exceptionally long wearing, even on my super oily skin. They last all day on me (more than 12 hours) but I usually remove my makeup as soon as I get home so I can't say if the 16-hour wear claim is true. I think 12 hours is pretty awesome!!

Your Love Is King is a magenta red with a matte finish. This color is brighter on my skin but I love it!

MAC Pro Longwear Blush in Stubborn is more plum, less bright. TheBalm InStain Blush in Houndstooth is less pink, more brown. It Cosmetics Vitality Cheek Flush in Matte Sweet Apple is less pink, lighter and more peachy. 

Justify My Love is a cool-toned light pink with a slightly sparkly finish. The micro glitters are barely noticeable on my cheeks, but it's not my favorite shade for my golden skin tone.

MAC Satin Blush in Lovecloud is lighter, a tad more warm-toned. PUPA Milano Soft & Wild Illuminator Blush is much lighter, a bit more peachy and it has a luminous finish. Illamasqua Powder Blusher in Nymph is a tad lighter and brighter, the finish is completely matte.

Love Hangover is a golden medium pink with a luminous finish. The formula is perfect, so smooth and I love the glow it gives my cheeks!

Benefit Bella Bamba is lighter, more shimmery. MAC Sheertone Shimmer Blush in Peachykeen is lighter, more peachy. MAC Extra Dimension Blush in Autoerotique is more peachy but the finish is similar.
