Vichy Ideal Body Serum-Milk

Vichy has recently launched a new body care range : Ideal Body. Formulated with LHA (exfoliate), 10 fundamentals oils and hyaluronic acid (hydrate), these products are designed to hydrate and improve skin's firmness and smoothness.

This lotion has such a lovely scent, it smells fresh and a bit like watermelon when it's freshly applied on the skin, but it transforms into a delicate scent that is sweet like cotton candy without being overpowering.

Texture-wise, Vichy's Ideal Body Serum-Milk is a thin gel lotion with a slightly sticky texture. It sinks into the skin in less than 15 minutes. It's a lot more gentle than glycolic acid body lotions, it doesn't sting even if I apply it on freshly shaved skin and I can use it daily.

After only 3 days I noticed that my skin was super silky soft! In less than a week, my skin wasn't dry anymore even on my legs. It didn't improve skin firmness, but it moisturized my skin like no other!

The only thing I didn't care for is the fact that this lotion contains shimmer particles. I like a bit of shimmer on my legs, but not all over my body. It's not that bad, but I really wish it wasn't there!
