Dose of Colors Lipsticks in Soft Touch and Sorbet (New shades!)

Have you heard of the brand Dose of Colors? Created by the talented Anna Petrosian, this brand currently offer lashes, lipsticks and lipglosses. The lipsticks have been on back order for months, so when I heard that there would be a restock, I quickly ordered a couple of them, including the 2 new shades : Soft Touch and Sorbet.

Soft Touch is a pale pink with a semi-matte finish and Sorbet is a pinky orange with a semi-matte finish. Both shades are highly pigmented, opaque and very creamy! The finish isn't matte like MAC Matte lipsticks, it has a slight sheen without being glossy, and Dose of Colors lipsticks aren't as drying. The scent is a lot like MAC lipsticks too, it smells like vanilla. The staying power was pretty good, more than 5 hours, and I was surprised that they didn't settle too much into the fine lines!

Both shades are beautiful, but Soft Touch is slightly too opaque for me so it looks a bit chalky with my complexion. I'm in love with Sorbet though!

I also love the packaging, although it can get dirty pretty fast if you are carrying it in your purse. I like that I can see the shade at the bottom of the tube!

These lipsticks are vegan, cruelty free, gluten free and paraben free.

What a nice surprise, they are SO pigmented! Sorbet is such a beautiful color, perfect for the summertime! Soft Touch isn't the best color for me, but so far I love all the others shades I tried (which I will review when I get more free time to do so).
